Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is in this four-cartridge set?

One each of the platform's four top-tier cartridges: a TN439BK black, a TN439C cyan, a TN439M magenta, and a TN439Y yellow. Every cartridge in the box is rated at 9,000 pages. It is a complete top-yield refill for the whole printer in a single purchase.

How much does the set save against buying the cartridges separately?

The four singles total $146.35 — $33.91 for the black and $37.48 for each color. This set is $90.87, a savings of $55.48. That is the steepest discount available on a complete TN439 refill, and every cartridge is the highest-yield version made for these printers.

When does replacing all four at once actually make sense?

When several cartridges are near empty together, when a new printer is being put into service, or when color output has gone dull across the board and you want a known-good starting point. A full set also resets the whole machine to the same tier and age. If only one cartridge is empty, though, a single is the smarter buy — there is no technical need to swap them as a group.

Which printers is this set designed for?

All four cartridges fit HL-L9310CDW, HL-L9310CDWT, HL-L9310CDWTT and MFC-L9570CDW. The set is simply the four standard TN439 cartridges bundled, so installation is identical to fitting four singles.

How long should a full top-tier set last?

Each cartridge is rated at 9,000 pages, so the set represents up to 36,000 pages of combined capacity — though black and colors deplete at different rates depending on your documents. For a typical mixed office workload, one set commonly covers the better part of a year. Your mileage will be shorter with heavy graphics and longer with plain text.

What if one cartridge in the set turns out to be a dud?

It is covered like any other purchase: a one-year warranty and free returns for a full year, cartridge by cartridge — a problem with one does not drag the other three into it. Terms are laid out on our shipping and returns page, and support is reachable Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
