Frequently Asked Questions

What makes this eight-pack the lowest-fuss option in the TN439 line?

Depth and yield together. Every cartridge in the box is a top-tier TN439 rated at 9,000 pages, and there are eight of them — enough stock that a hard-working printer can run for a very long stretch before anyone has to think about ordering again. For a facilities manager or an office that hates emergency supply runs, that is the entire point.

How does the math look per cartridge?

The pack is $163.25 for eight cartridges, or $20.41 per cartridge — the lowest per-unit price in this product family, against $33.91 and $37.48 for singles. Buying TN439 capacity this way trims roughly forty percent off the per-cartridge cost. Page economics stay at the family's best rates, around 0.38 to 0.42 cents per page depending on the cartridge.

Will these cartridges run in my printers?

Yes — they are standard TN439 cartridges made for HL-L9310CDW, HL-L9310CDWT, HL-L9310CDWTT and MFC-L9570CDW. They fit that platform's printers in any slot, in any combination, alongside whatever cartridges are already installed.

Can one pack serve several machines across an office?

It can, and that is a common way to use it. Because every compatible printer on this platform takes the same TN439 family, a single eight-pack can act as the shared supply for two or three machines. Each printer tracks the level of whichever cartridge it receives, so there is nothing to manage centrally.

How do I keep eight cartridges in good shape until they are needed?

Keep the unopened ones sealed, stacked flat in a dry indoor cabinet at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Toner does not dry out or go stale the way ink can, so a cartridge installed next year prints like one installed tomorrow. Just steer clear of damp or very hot storage spaces.

What is the returns and warranty position on a pack this size?

Identical to a single-cartridge order: a full one-year warranty on every cartridge, with return shipping covered during that year if anything fails to perform — the details are on our shipping and returns page. You never have to return the whole pack to resolve one bad cartridge. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
