Frequently Asked Questions

What does the per-cartridge price work out to in this five-pack?

The pack is $106.29 for five cartridges, which is $21.26 per cartridge — well under the $33.91 black and $37.48 color single prices. Per cartridge, that is one of the sharpest prices in the entire TN439 line. You are buying top-yield capacity at close to mid-tier money.

Who buys five TN439 cartridges at once?

Offices that have decided to stop ordering toner reactively: a department with one hard-working printer, or a small business with two compatible machines pooling one supply shelf. Five cartridges is enough stock to carry a busy printer through several cartridge changes. It turns toner from a recurring errand into a stocked shelf item.

Are these cartridges compatible with my printer?

Yes, provided your machine is on the platform list — these are standard TN439 cartridges for HL-L9310CDW, HL-L9310CDWT, HL-L9310CDWTT and MFC-L9570CDW. Each one installs on its own, exactly as a single cartridge would.

Can I install the cartridges one at a time, only as each is needed?

That is precisely how the pack is meant to be used. Nothing has to be installed together, and cartridges still sealed in their packaging keep perfectly until their turn comes. Swap in a fresh cartridge when the printer asks, and the rest stay boxed on the shelf.

How should the spares be stored so they last?

Flat, sealed, and indoors at ordinary room temperature, away from windows and radiators. Toner is dry powder, so time on a shelf does not degrade it the way it would an ink cartridge. Just avoid damp basements and hot storage units, and the cartridges will be ready whenever you are.

What backing does Clever Supplies put behind a bulk pack?

Each cartridge gets the same treatment as a single sale: warranted for one year, with returns free of charge during that year — see the shipping and returns page for how it works. Stocking up never means stocking up on risk. Our support team keeps hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
