Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the 5-pack save against buying singles?

Five Canon 128 singles at $26.19 would cost $130.95. This 5-pack is $56.96 — a saving of $73.99, with each cartridge working out to $11.39. Per page, at the 2,100-page rating, the cost falls to roughly 0.54 cents, less than half the single-cartridge rate. The cartridges themselves are the standard Canon 128 (3500B001AA); only the price per unit changes.

That is a lot of toner — how long will five cartridges actually last?

Five cartridges cover up to 10,500 pages in total. A department printing 1,000 pages a month is looking at around ten months of supply; at 1,500 pages a month, about seven months. That is the honest frame for this pack: it is a working stock for a busy shared imageCLASS printer, not a lifetime hoard for a machine that prints a few pages a week.

Is there a downside to holding this much stock?

Two practical ones. First, cash: $56.96 is modest, but it is still money sitting in a cupboard until the cartridges are used. Second, fit: these cartridges serve one cartridge family, so if the printer is replaced with a different model, the remaining stock may not follow it. If your volume is real and the machine is staying, neither point outweighs the $73.99 saving — but they are worth a moment's thought before ordering.

How do I manage five cartridges so none gets wasted?

Keep them sealed and use them in arrival order. Mark the month on each box if it helps. Store flat in a cool, dry place out of direct sun. When the installed cartridge fades, rock it gently side to side first — redistributed toner often buys extra pages — and only open the next sealed unit when output stays pale across the whole page.

What happens if a cartridge from the middle of the pack is defective?

Every cartridge carries its own 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, so a faulty unit is replaced or refunded on its own; the rest of the pack is unaffected and does not need to come back. The policy details live on our shipping and returns page.

Where will the pack ship from?

From one of our four US warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California — whichever serves your address best. Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST for fit checks or order questions.
