Frequently Asked Questions

What's in the set and what does it cost?

One DR630 drum unit rated at 12,000 pages, plus two TN630 toner cartridges — $50.32 for the three pieces. The drum is the long-life imaging component; the two toners give you the cartridge in the printer and a sealed spare behind it.

Why two toners with the drum?

Because toner changes are the frequent event and drum changes the rare one. This set covers the drum renewal and the next two toner cycles in a single purchase, so the low-toner warning never catches you without a cartridge in the cupboard.

Which printers take this set?

This set is built around the DR630 drum, which serves the DCP-L2520DW, DCP-L2540DW, HL-L2300D, HL-L2305W, HL-L2315DW, HL-L2320D, HL-L2340DW, HL-L2360DW, HL-L2380DW, MFC-L2680W, MFC-L2685DW, MFC-L2700DW, MFC-L2705DW, MFC-L2707DW and MFC-L2720DW family of Brother printers and all-in-ones — every machine in that family takes this drum and toner pairing.

Do the toners have to be used in a particular order?

No — the two cartridges are identical. Fit one with the new drum, keep the other sealed, and rotate it in when the printer asks. Using the older-stocked cartridge first is good practice with any spare.

What needs resetting when I install the set?

Only the drum counter, once, from the printer's panel when the new drum goes in. The toner swaps need no resets at any stage.

What's the cover on the set?

A 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns on each item, per our shipping and returns policy.
