Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually needs three drums at once?

Anyone maintaining several printers from the same family — a small office with two or three machines, a school office, a busy home business. Drums in shared machines reach their 12,000-page limit at different times, and a 3-pack at $58.49 ($19.50 per drum) keeps the supply cupboard ahead of all of them, saving $36.97 over three singles.

What is the per-drum cost compared with buying singly?

A single DR630 is $31.82. In this pack each drum costs $19.50 — a $36.97 total saving across the three — and each one is the same 12,000-page unit, individually sealed.

Which printers does the pack cover?

The DR630 drum fits the DCP-L2520DW, DCP-L2540DW, HL-L2300D, HL-L2305W, HL-L2315DW, HL-L2320D, HL-L2340DW, HL-L2360DW, HL-L2380DW, MFC-L2680W, MFC-L2685DW, MFC-L2700DW, MFC-L2705DW, MFC-L2707DW and MFC-L2720DW range. If every machine in your office belongs to that family, this single pack is the only drum stock you need to hold; both TN630 and TN660 toners are compatible with it.

How should I track drum life across multiple machines?

Write the install date and machine name on each drum's box when it goes in. Drum counters live in each printer separately, so the labelled boxes become your simple register of which machine is how far through its drum's 12,000 pages.

Do the drums expire if my print volume drops?

A sealed drum stored in its bag, in the dark, keeps well. Age matters far less than light and heat exposure, so a cool cupboard is the right home for the spares — not the top of the printer.

What cover applies to a bulk drum purchase?

The same as any order: a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns under our shipping and returns policy, applying to each drum in the pack.
