Our listing packets are full of property photos. How fast will the colors burn through their ratings?

Faster than the headline numbers suggest. Cyan, magenta and yellow are each rated at 15,000 pages at standard coverage, but a photo page can lay down several times that coverage, so a brokerage printing glossy packets daily should treat the ratings as a ceiling, not a promise. Black, rated at 22,000 pages, works on the text portions — disclosures, contracts, cover sheets — and generally lasts proportionally longer in this mix.

Is the Premium Quality set a different product from the regular set?

It is not. Same cartridges, same $313.49 price, same ratings, same 1-year warranty and same 1-year free returns — the Premium Quality wording is a label on the listing, and we state plainly that it does not describe a better-filled or longer-lasting cartridge. Whichever listing you order from, the same four part numbers arrive.

Which part numbers should appear on the labels in our machine?

Black is 006R01457, cyan is 006R01460, magenta is 006R01459 and yellow is 006R01458. Read them off the cartridge labels or the supplies screen before ordering. Pay attention to the color order — yellow is 006R01458, not the number most people guess — because a set ordered on a wrong assumption is a set that has to travel back.

A color just emptied on the morning of an open house. Can we change only that one?

Yes. The four cartridges are independent units, each in its own slot, so the empty color comes out and its replacement goes in while the other three stay put. Run one packet as a test, check the photos look right, and the open-house stack keeps printing. There is never a reason to retire a cartridge that still has toner working in it.

If we did order the wrong set, what does returning it involve?

The set is covered by 1-year free returns as well as a 1-year warranty, so a mistaken order can go back under the returns terms instead of gathering dust in the supply closet.
