Frequently Asked Questions

What should our purchase order say so purchasing buys the right set?

List the four cartridge numbers: 106R01510 (black), 106R01507 (cyan), 106R01508 (magenta) and 106R01509 (yellow), for the Phaser 6700DN. Those numbers are the unambiguous identity of this set — if a received box shows anything else, it is a different family and should go back before the seal is broken. The set price is $221.21.

Does the Premium Quality version differ from the standard set in any way that matters?

No. The cartridges inside are the same, the $221.21 price is the same and the warranty and returns terms are the same. Premium Quality is wording on the listing, not a separate specification, so your department is not paying extra for it and is not missing anything without it.

Our output is mostly statements and reports — how will the set be consumed?

Text-heavy work draws almost entirely on black 106R01510, rated at 18,000 pages, while cyan 106R01507, magenta 106R01508 and yellow 106R01509, each rated at 12,000 pages, are touched only by letterheads, charts and the occasional color page. In practice the black cartridge will cycle noticeably faster; the colors may serve through more than one black.

How should we plan reorders across a budget year?

Watch the machine's own supply levels rather than the calendar. Because the channels empty at different rates, most offices reorder the full set when the second channel runs low and keep the still-serviceable leftovers as emergency spares. One line item, four cartridges, no separate orders per color.

If a cartridge fails early, what does the returns process look like?

Every cartridge carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. Contact support, follow the return instructions and the replacement or credit is handled under those terms — the details are spelled out on our shipping and returns page.

Where does the set ship from, and when can we reach someone?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, so transit time depends on which is closest to you. For order or product questions, the support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. The rest of our Xerox listings are collected on the brand page if your building runs other models too.

About This Phaser 6700DN Premium High Yield Toner Set

Finance and accounting floors run a Phaser 6700DN on volume and predictability, and this set is specced for both: black 106R01510 at 18,000 rated pages for the statement runs, and cyan 106R01507, magenta 106R01508 and yellow 106R01509 at 12,000 pages each for the color that appears around them. The complete restock is a single $221.21 purchase.

As with the standard listing, the Premium wording changes neither the cartridges nor the price nor the cover — what it gives a paperwork-driven office is a clean, auditable one-to-one match between the numbers on the purchase order and the numbers on the boxes that arrive.
