Frequently Asked Questions

Which cartridges does the Oki C9600N require?

The C9600N takes black 42918901, cyan 42918902, magenta 42918903, and yellow 42918904. The N model shares this set with the C9600HN and C9800 variants.

My C9600N network prints look different from local prints. Why?

Different computers may use different driver settings, such as color mode or quality. Standardize the driver settings across machines. Toner itself behaves identically no matter which computer sends the job.

How do I store spare C9600N cartridges?

Keep them sealed in original packaging, stored flat in a cool, dry spot out of sunlight. Do not stack heavy objects on them, which can damage the cartridge housing.
