Frequently Asked Questions

Premium Quality MC851 set — does the label change anything?

Not the price and not the ratings: $137.17, black up to 11,000 pages, each color up to 11,500 — identical to the standard MC851 set listing. If you were expecting a premium tier with different numbers, this listing does not have one, and we will say so rather than imply otherwise.

What is inside the box?

Four cartridges — black, cyan, magenta and yellow — making up the set numbered 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604. It is a full four-position restock for the MC851 in a single purchase.

How does multifunction use affect how long the set lasts?

Copies draw on the same toner as prints, so an MC851 doing steady copying burns through cartridges on both counts. The 11,000-page black and 11,500-page color ratings are per-cartridge figures at standard coverage; combined print-and-copy volume is what to measure your office against.

Which part numbers should I match when reordering?

The set as a whole spans 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604 — the same four-cartridge set specified for the C711dn and C711dtn group. Matching those four numbers brings you back to this box.

What warranty and returns come with it?

A 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns on these compatible cartridges. The process is described on our shipping & returns page, and the rest of the lineup is on the Okidata page.

How is the set delivered, and when can I call?

Sets ship from our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

About This MC851 Premium Quality Set

This Premium Quality listing is the MC851's four-cartridge set — 44318601, 44318602, 44318603 and 44318604 together, black rated to 11,000 pages and each color to 11,500 — at $137.17, the same price and ratings as the standard listing. Its job is simple: one box that fully restocks a multifunction machine's toner, print and copy alike.
