Frequently Asked Questions
We only print a few hundred pages a month on our C9800HN — is a 15,000-page set too much?
Honestly, it may be more capacity than a very light user needs soon — but toner does not spoil on a schedule, and the cartridges are individually sealed, so a set bought today simply gets consumed slowly. At about $73.04 per cartridge, the per-page cost stays low whenever each cartridge is eventually used; just store the unopened ones cool and dry.
Does Premium Quality change anything on this C9800HN listing?
Not the price and not the yield: this Premium set is $292.17, identical to the standard C9800HN listing, and every cartridge is rated up to 15,000 pages. We will not manufacture a difference — the four part numbers, 42918901, 42918902, 42918903 and 42918904, are the same either way.
What does the box hold?
One cartridge each of black, cyan, magenta and yellow. Fit them all for a full refresh, or one at a time as positions empty — the set works both ways.
Which printers is this set listed for?
The C9800HN leads the listing, and the same cartridge group is catalogued for the Oki C9600hdn, C9600hn, C9600n and C9800hdn. The 42918901-series numbers on your current cartridges are the final confirmation.
What backs these compatible cartridges?
A one-year warranty plus one-year free returns under our shipping and returns policy. Whether you use a cartridge this month or next year, the coverage runs from your purchase.
Who can I talk to before ordering?
Our support team, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Orders ship from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA.
