Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make sure I reorder the exact same cartridges for my C9800HN?
Order by the part numbers, not just the printer name. This set covers the four cartridges numbered 42918901, 42918902, 42918903 and 42918904; if those numbers match the cartridges you pull out of your C9800HN, you are reordering exactly what the machine has been running on.
What is included, and what does it cost?
One black, one cyan, one magenta and one yellow cartridge, each rated at up to 15,000 pages, for $292.17 — about $73.04 per cartridge. A single order restocks every color position at once.
Which other models take this set?
The group is also listed for the Oki C9600hdn, C9600hn, C9600n and C9800hdn, alongside the C9800HN. Offices running several machines from this family can hold one set type as common stock.
Do cartridges from a set have to be fitted together?
No. They are sealed individually, so a set doubles as shelf stock: fit the empty color today, keep the other three for when their turn comes. Nothing ties the four together once the box is open.
Are these original Oki cartridges?
No — compatible cartridges built to the 42918901, 42918902, 42918903 and 42918904 specifications. They are covered by our one-year warranty, and returns are free for a year, as our shipping and returns policy explains.
How do I reach someone if I need help matching parts?
Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Orders ship from our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses, so once the right set is identified, it is on its way from the nearest location.
