Frequently Asked Questions
Does "Premium Quality" in the name make this C9600 set cost more?
It does not. This listing is $292.17, which is exactly what the standard C9600 four-color set costs, and the page ratings are identical too — up to 15,000 pages from each cartridge. We will not pretend the words in the title buy you extra pages or a different price, because on this family they do not.
So what is actually different between the Premium and standard listings?
On the numbers that matter, nothing: same 42918901, 42918902, 42918903 and 42918904 cartridge family, same four colors in the box, same $292.17, same ratings. "Premium Quality" is part of this listing's name. Pick either listing and you receive a four-color set built to the same specification.
What arrives in the box?
Four sealed cartridges — black, cyan, magenta and yellow — one for each toner position in the printer. Fit them together for a full refresh, or hold the spares back and install each color only when the machine calls for it.
Which models take this set?
It serves the Oki C9600hdn, C9600hn and C9600n, plus the C9800hdn. Matching the part number on your outgoing cartridge against 42918901, 42918902, 42918903 and 42918904 is the surest confirmation before you order.
How long should a set last in a normal office?
With every cartridge rated at up to 15,000 pages under standard light-coverage measurement, a set carries a typical office a long way. Text-heavy printing leans hardest on the black cartridge, while color-rich documents shorten the life of the cyan, magenta and yellow, so real-world life depends on what your C9600 prints.
What if a cartridge lets me down?
