Frequently Asked Questions

Does the "Premium Quality" in this C810 listing's name cost me extra?

No — and it is worth saying plainly. This Premium Quality set is priced at $110.29, exactly the same as the standard C810 four-color set, and the ratings match too: up to 8,000 pages from each of the four cartridges. The word "Premium" in the listing title does not buy you a higher price or a different yield figure here.

So what am I actually getting for $110.29?

Four compatible cartridges — black, cyan, magenta and yellow, one of each — covering the Oki part numbers 44059109, 44059110, 44059111 and 44059112 as a group. Averaged out, that is roughly $27.57 per cartridge, or about a third of a cent per page against each cartridge's 8,000-page rating.

Which printers is this Premium set listed for?

It belongs to the C810 / C830 family of Oki color printers; the listing's compatibility covers models such as the C830dn and C830dtn alongside the C810 line named in the title. Matching by the part-number group is the surest check if your machine's variant name differs slightly.

Are these genuine Oki cartridges?

They are not. They are compatible cartridges built for the same slots and yield class. The protection comes from us rather than the printer brand: every set carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, with the terms on our shipping & returns page.

Can I replace just one color at a time?

Yes. The four cartridges are sealed individually, so a depleted yellow can go in today while the rest stay boxed. A full four-color swap gives the most even color balance, but staggered replacement is perfectly fine.

How fast will I hear back if I have a problem?

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Orders ship from our warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California, so delivery routes are short in most of the country.
