Frequently Asked Questions

When is the right moment to order a spare set for a C5900DN?

When you install the last cartridge from the current set. Each cartridge here is rated at up to 5,000 pages, so a replacement set in the cupboard covers the next four low-toner events — black, cyan, magenta and yellow (Oki 43324401, 43324402, 43324403 and 43324404) — without an emergency order in between.

Does the Premium Quality version cost more than the standard set?

No. Both listings sit at $155.58, and the ratings match exactly: up to 5,000 pages from every one of the four cartridges. We are not going to claim a premium the price tag does not support.

What does the set work out to per cartridge?

Around $38.90 each across the four cartridges in the $155.58 set. With equal 5,000-page ratings on black and colors alike, that per-cartridge number is consistent whichever position you are replacing.

Can I keep this set in reserve for months?

Yes — leave the cartridges sealed and stored away from heat and bright light, and fit them one at a time as the printer asks. A reserve set loses nothing by waiting.

Are these cartridges made by Oki?

No. They are compatible cartridges built to the 43324401–43324404 specifications, which is what keeps a full high-yield set at $155.58 instead of original-brand money.

How do returns and warranty work?

Free returns for one year and a 1-year warranty on every cartridge, as described on our shipping and returns page. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST.
