Frequently Asked Questions

My C5900DN's colors look washed out — will a fresh set sort it?

If the fading tracks back to tired cartridges, yes: this set replaces all four positions at once — black, cyan, magenta and yellow — each rated at up to 5,000 pages, so every color restarts from full strength together. The set covers Oki part numbers 43324401, 43324402, 43324403 and 43324404.

What do I pay, and what does that mean per cartridge?

$155.58 for the set, which averages roughly $38.90 per cartridge. All four ratings are the same — up to 5,000 pages each — so there is no small cartridge subsidizing the headline figure.

Can I change only the color that looks weak?

Yes. The four cartridges are separate units. If only magenta has faded, install magenta and leave black, cyan and yellow sealed for when they are actually needed.

How long before I would need to think about toner again?

A full set of 5,000-page cartridges is a long interval for most offices. How long depends entirely on your monthly volume and color mix — heavy black printing cycles the black first, while the colors idle along behind it.

Is this set an Oki original?

No — it is a compatible set made to the specifications of the 43324401, 43324402, 43324403 and 43324404 originals. That is how a complete high-yield refresh for a C5900DN lands at $155.58.

What are the warranty and return terms?

Every cartridge is under a 1-year warranty, and returns are free for one year — details are on our shipping and returns page. Support runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST.
