Frequently Asked Questions

I see two C5850N sets at the same $145.50 — what is going on?

You are seeing our standard listing and this Premium Quality listing side by side, and the price really is identical: $145.50 either way, with the same published page ratings on both. Rather than pretend otherwise, we will tell you straight — the Premium name on this listing does not add a cent to the price, and the cartridges inside are the same four-number family, 43865717, 43865718, 43865719 and 43865720.

How many pages are the cartridges rated for?

The black cartridge is rated at up to 8,000 pages and each color cartridge — cyan, magenta and yellow — at up to 6,000 pages. Those ratings follow the standard measurement on light, even coverage, so they describe typical mixed printing; photo-heavy color work will always use color toner faster.

What exactly do I receive?

One black, one cyan, one magenta and one yellow cartridge, stated collectively under the part numbers 43865717 / 43865718 / 43865719 / 43865720. Each arrives sealed, ready to be installed individually whenever its color position in your C5850N runs low.

Which printers use this set?

Your C5850N, its C5850 and C5850DN relatives, and the C6150 family — C6150, C6150DN, C6150DTN, C6150HDN and C6150N. All of them draw on the same 43865717, 43865718, 43865719 and 43865720 cartridge family, so a set bought for one model can serve as a spare for the others.

Is "Premium" a different cartridge design?

The listings carry the same ratings and the same $145.50 price — about $36.38 per cartridge across the four — and we do not claim a specification gap that the published figures do not show. Pick either listing with confidence; the deciding check is that the four part numbers match the cartridges your C5850N already takes.

How fast can I get help or a return if something is off?

Support answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and every cartridge is covered by a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns under our shipping & returns policy. Orders ship from whichever of our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California warehouses is nearest to you.
