Frequently Asked Questions

How does this 5-pack change a year of B720 printing?

It turns toner into a once-a-year purchase. Five 52123601 cartridges give you 75,000 pages of rated capacity. A B720 printing 6,000 pages a month would take over a year to work through the pack — one order, one invoice, no mid-year scrambles.

What is the saving over buying singles through the year?

Five singles total $465.20 at $93.04 each. The pack costs $391.20, so you save $74.00 across the year and each cartridge effectively costs about $78.24, with cost per page down to roughly 0.52 cents.

Can the pack also supply our B710dn and B730dn?

Yes. The 52123601 is common to the B710dn, B710n, B720dn, B720n and B730dn as well as the B720. A single pack can sit at the center of a small fleet and feed whichever machine asks first.

Will cartridges bought now still be good next year?

Kept sealed, flat and away from heat and sunlight, yes. Toner cartridges are shelf-stable for long periods; just rotate them oldest-first and open each one only when it goes into a printer.

Is there any difference between the pack cartridges and the single?

None at all. Each cartridge in the pack is the same compatible 52123601, rated at up to 15,000 pages, that we sell individually. Only the unit price and your ordering frequency change.

What if one of the five turns out faulty?

It is covered individually by a one-year warranty and one-year free returns under our shipping & returns policy — one bad cartridge never taints the rest of the pack. We dispatch from Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California, with support Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.
