Frequently Asked Questions

What does "Premium Quality" actually mean on this listing?

Straight answer: it is the name on this product line, not an extra specification. What you get is the Q2612A cartridge with its usual 2,000-page rating, five of them, for $66.82 — the name does not add pages, features or a different cartridge, and we would rather say that plainly than let a label imply otherwise.

What is in the box?

Five Q2612A black cartridges from the Premium Quality line, each sealed individually. Fit them one at a time exactly as you would any cartridge from this family; the wrapping keeps the four spares fresh while the first is in service.

How do I verify these are the right cartridges for my printer?

Match the code, not the adjectives: check that the cartridge you are replacing is stamped Q2612A, and that is the cartridge in every carton here. The code is the specification — everything else on the box is description.

What print quality should I expect?

Clean, even black text and graphics at the standard this family of printers delivers, cartridge after cartridge. If any single unit underperforms — fading, streaking, spotting — that is a faulty cartridge rather than a fact of life, and it is covered as described below.

How should a five-pack be stored and rotated?

Flat and sealed in a cool, dry cupboard, away from radiators and sunny windowsills. Write the delivery date on each carton, fit the oldest first, and give each cartridge a gentle side-to-side rock before it goes in.

Who is this pack sized for?

A printer doing steady document work for a small team — the business that wants a half-year of toner settled in one order, with the next re-order triggered when the last spare is fitted rather than when the machine stops.
