Frequently Asked Questions

The name lists four codes and nothing else. What am I actually getting?

The complete 304A toner family in one box: CC530A black, CC531A cyan, CC532A yellow and CC533A magenta. The codes are the identities — each one is stamped on the cartridge it names, and between them they cover printers like the Color LaserJet CM2320fxi and the CP2025 line.

How many pages is each cartridge in the set rated for?

The black CC530A carries a 3,500-page rating; the cyan, yellow and magenta carry 2,800 pages apiece. Those figures assume ordinary office coverage, so a set in a graphics-heavy shop will turn over faster than one feeding a correspondence desk.

How do I match the codes in the box to the cartridges in my machine?

Pull any cartridge from your printer and read the code on its label, then find the same code in this set. Slot for slot, the four codes you remove are the four codes you put back — that one-to-one match is the whole check.

My colleague's CP2025 and my CM2320 look nothing alike. Can both use this set?

Yes — the two lines are different machines built around the same toner family, which is why this listing is organized by code rather than by model name. If the cartridge that comes out reads CC530A-family, the set on this page is the one that goes in.

In what order should the four be installed as they run out?

In the order they empty, which on most machines is black first and the colors later, one by one. Keep the waiting cartridges sealed and use the oldest stock first when you hold more than one set.

What backing comes with this purchase?

The set is covered by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. We ship from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, support is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST, and the details live on our shipping and returns page.

About This 304A Four-Cartridge Set

Some listings are organized around a printer; this one is organized around the numbers on the cartridges themselves. If you order toner by part code — the way most offices actually do once the machine is a few years old — the four codes in the name are the complete order: black plus all three colors of the 304A family.

The set sells for $81.21, and each cartridge matches its HP original's rating, 3,500 pages for black and 2,800 for every color. However your machine announces its needs — by code, by color, or by percentage — the box on the shelf already answers it.

At first I thought I ordered the incorrect cartridge because it didn't seem to fit correctly into the printer. It was super wobbly... it did not fit like the original one from HP fit. But after tinkering around with it for a half hour I finally got it to
