Frequently Asked Questions

What problem does a six-cartridge set actually solve?

The gap between a cartridge dying and a delivery arriving. A colour bay never empties at a convenient moment — it empties during the print run you needed an hour ago, and even a fast order leaves you waiting on a courier. This set closes that gap by putting six colour cartridges in the building in advance, spanning the cyan 106R01331, magenta 106R01332 and yellow 106R01333 the platform prints with. When a colour gives out, the replacement is already on the shelf and the delay shrinks to the time the swap itself takes.

How do I keep six cartridges organised so the right colour comes off the shelf first time?

Sort them by code before they go into the cupboard. Group the cyan 106R01331 together, the magenta 106R01332 together and the yellow 106R01333 together, with the earliest-bought units at the front of each group so stock rotates in order. The code is printed on every box and every cartridge label, so whoever grabs a replacement — not necessarily the person who ordered them — can match the code on the empty unit in seconds instead of guessing from box colours. Stored flat, sealed, in a cool dry place away from sunlight, the spares wait patiently until called on.

One of our colours always runs out long before the others. Does a set like this help?

Yes, because uneven consumption is the normal pattern, not a fault. A business whose documents lean on reds and warm tones drinks magenta; one heavy on charts and skies drinks cyan. Buying colour in depth across all three codes means the fast-draining colour in your office is met from the shelf when it goes, and the slower colours simply wait their turn — no special rush order for the one cartridge your workload happens to punish.

What does the 1,000-page rating on each cartridge mean in calendar terms?

It depends on your monthly colour volume. At around 200 colour pages a month, a single cartridge is roughly a five-month supply; at 500 pages a month, about two months. All three cartridges this set is built around — the cyan 106R01331, magenta 106R01332 and yellow 106R01333 — carry that same 1,000-page rating, measured at roughly 5% page coverage, so dense photographic work shortens the calendar while everyday documents with a colour header or chart track it closely.

Which printers does this six-cartridge set serve?

The Phaser 6125 and the Phaser 6125N, its networked variant — both machines run the identical colour trio of 106R01331, 106R01332 and 106R01333, so one shelf stock serves either model. Note that this is a colour-only set: the black these printers use is the 106R01334, sold separately, and no black cartridge is included in this box.

What protection covers a stock-up purchase like this?

Each cartridge carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns in its own right, so a spare that is only installed months after delivery and then disappoints early still goes back for a replacement or a refund. Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, and our support team is reachable Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST if you need a hand with an order. Postage, delivery timelines and the returns steps are all laid out on our shipping & returns page.

About This 6 Colour Set

Priced at $61.40, this set treats the colour supply of the Phaser 6125 and Phaser 6125N as something to hold in depth rather than reorder in a panic: six cartridges built around the cyan 106R01331, magenta 106R01332 and yellow 106R01333, every one of them rated at 1,000 pages. It suits owners whose colour printing runs to deadlines — the swap happens the moment a bay runs dry, at whatever hour that is, and replenishing the shelf becomes a calm stocktake decision instead of an emergency. The matching black cartridge and the wider Xerox range are on the site, and each cartridge in the set is covered by a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns, shipped from IL, PA, GA or CA.
