Frequently Asked Questions

Who is an eight-cartridge set actually meant for?

Offices where the 6125 is shared and busy enough that running dry is a small crisis. Eight cartridges spanning the four part numbers the machine uses mean a full color change today plus a stocked shelf behind it, so toner stops being a recurring errand and becomes a twice-a-year decision.

Which part numbers am I stocking?

The complete set for the Phaser 6125: black 106R01334, cyan 106R01331, magenta 106R01332 and yellow 106R01333. The 6125N networked model takes the same four, so a mixed shelf serves both machines without separate stock.

How should I rotate eight cartridges so none of them sits too long?

Oldest first. When the box arrives, write the month on it, store it flat in a cool, dry spot away from windows, and always pull from the older stock before opening newer boxes. Toner keeps well sealed, but a simple first-in, first-out habit means no cartridge spends years forgotten at the back of a cupboard.

What yield does each cartridge carry?

The 106R01334 black is rated at about 2,000 pages and the 106R01331 cyan, 106R01332 magenta and 106R01333 yellow at about 1,000 pages apiece, all at the standard 5% coverage measure. Heavy color coverage will pull the color numbers down sooner; plain office text is gentler on every slot.

Do bulk quantities change how I should store the unopened ones?

Only in that organization matters more. Keep the boxes together, grouped by part number, so the person swapping a cartridge can find the right color without opening the wrong seal. A cartridge opened by mistake cannot be resealed as neatly, so clear labeling on the shelf saves the stock you paid for.

What if one of the eight turns out to be defective?

Each cartridge is covered by a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns — being part of a larger set does not shrink your coverage. Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, and the full terms sit on our shipping and returns page. Support is staffed Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM CST.

About This Phaser 6125 8 Color Set

At $74.73, this is the stock-up option for the Phaser 6125 and 6125N: eight cartridges across the 106R01334 black (about 2,000 pages each) and the 106R01331 cyan, 106R01332 magenta and 106R01333 yellow (about 1,000 pages each). It is aimed at shared printers and small offices that would rather reorder toner a couple of times a year than chase low-toner warnings every few weeks. Smaller packs and singles are on our Xerox toner page.
