Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually needs eight cartridges in one order?

Central supply rooms and anyone feeding more than one printer. If your SP C811DN fleet prints all day across departments, eight cartridges is not a stockpile — it is a working inventory that keeps every machine covered without emergency orders. A single lightly used machine does not need this set, and we would say so; this one is built for volume.

What does the set cost per cartridge?

The eight-cartridge set is $543.00, which works out to $67.88 per cartridge across the set. Ordering at this level means one purchase order, one delivery, and a shelf that stays stocked for a long stretch — the saving is as much in staff time and avoided downtime as in the unit math.

How are the page ratings spread across the set?

By color, the way this family is rated throughout: black cartridges are rated at 20,000 pages each, and color cartridges at 15,000 pages each. That split reflects real office use — black carries everyday documents while the colors support them — and your actual mileage will follow your coverage mix.

Will every cartridge in this set fit our printers?

Yes — the set is the 820000 cartridge family made for Ricoh SP C811DN, so any unit from the box loads into any SP C811DN you run. That interchangeability is what makes a bulk set practical for a fleet: stock is stock, and no cartridge is tied to one particular machine.

If one cartridge in a set this size fails, what happens?

It is dealt with individually, exactly as if you had bought it alone. Every cartridge carries a one-year warranty, and returns are free for a full year — one faulty unit never drags the other seven into the conversation. The full policy sits on our shipping and returns page.

How should we store and rotate eight cartridges?

Keep them sealed, flat, and in a cool, dry supply room, and issue them oldest-first — a date note on each box when the delivery arrives makes that effortless. Orders ship from our IL, PA, GA, and CA warehouses, and our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST for order or stocking questions.
