Frequently Asked Questions

What are we getting in this five-cartridge set?

A stock-up set of five 820000-family cartridges for your color printer, in one box and one order, at $328.43 — $65.69 per cartridge. It is sized for offices that print in both black and color every day and would rather restock the supply shelf in a single pass than place separate orders as each cartridge runs down.

Which printer is this set made for?

The set is built for Ricoh SP C811DN, Ricoh's departmental color laser platform, and every cartridge in it is the 820000 family that platform uses. If your machine's current cartridges carry the 820000 number, this set is the matching replenishment for it.

How far do the cartridges in the set go?

Ratings differ by color, as they do across this whole family: black cartridges are rated at 20,000 pages, and color cartridges at 15,000 pages apiece. Your real yield will move with coverage — text-heavy office work lands close to the ratings, while dense color graphics draw the color cartridges down faster.

Who is a five-cartridge set the right size for?

A department whose printer works daily in black and color, and where running dry mid-week is a genuine disruption. Five cartridges keep the shelf stocked through several replacement cycles in every channel the machine uses, so toner stops being a recurring errand and becomes a twice-a-year decision instead.

What protection does the set carry?

Each cartridge is covered by a one-year warranty, and returns are free for a full year. That cover applies unit by unit — if one cartridge ever streaks, leaks, or fades early, that cartridge is sorted on its own without involving the rest of the set. The full terms are on our shipping and returns page.

How does an order like this reach us, and how should we store it?

Orders ship from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA, and CA, with most arriving in a few business days; support is on hand Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST if you need anything. On your end, keep the cartridges sealed and stored flat in a cool, dry place, and open them only as the printer calls for them.
