Frequently Asked Questions
Honestly — is an eight-cartridge set overkill for a single machine?
For a lightly used machine, yes, and we would rather say so than sell you toner that sits for years. This set makes sense for genuinely busy single machines and, more often, for offices running two or more printers from this family off one supply shelf. If your monthly volume is modest, a smaller set is the smarter spend.
What does a full year of printing look like with this box?
With black cartridges rated at 10,000 pages and colors at 9,500 pages apiece, eight cartridges hold well over 75,000 pages of rated capacity. A department printing a few thousand pages a month can plausibly treat this as an annual supply — one order, one invoice, and no toner conversations in between.
Does this set fit every machine in the family?
It does. These are 8415-family cartridges, the shared range for Ricoh Aficio MP C3001 and MP C3501; both models take the identical black, cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges, so this box can serve one machine or be spread across several without any compatibility sorting.
How does the price break down per cartridge?
$494.22 across eight cartridges is about $61.78 each — near the bottom of this family's per-cartridge range and far below the family's priciest single, the $101.30 magenta. You are paying for volume in one transaction rather than eight separate ones, with the savings that follow from that.
How do we keep eight cartridges organized and fresh?
Store them sealed and flat, out of heat and sunlight, and label the shelf by install order so the oldest stock is always used first. Toner does not spoil quickly when it stays sealed, but disciplined rotation guarantees no cartridge lingers long enough for age to become a question.
What cover does a purchase this size carry?
The same as a single cartridge, applied to each unit: a one-year warranty and free returns within a year, detailed on our shipping & returns page. If one cartridge out of the eight proves defective, that cartridge alone is sorted out — your remaining stock and its cover are untouched.
