Frequently Asked Questions
How does stocking six cartridges change our day-to-day ordering routine?
It mostly removes it. Instead of reacting to each low-toner warning with a rush order, your team pulls the next cartridge off the shelf and reorders the set on a calm, predictable cycle. For a machine that several departments depend on, that shift from emergency buying to planned stocking is the real value of a set this size.
Can this set be split across two machines?
Yes, as long as both machines are in the same family. Offices commonly park one set beside each of two printers, or keep the whole box in a central supply cabinet and draw from it as either machine calls for a cartridge. Nothing in the set ties the cartridges to a single device.
Are these cartridges the right ones for both the MP C3001 and the MP C3501?
They are. This set is drawn from the 8415 family that serves Ricoh Aficio MP C3001 and MP C3501 — the two machines share one cartridge range, so a listing naming only one model is still describing cartridges that fit the other just as well.
How are the yields rated across the set?
By class rather than by position in the box: black cartridges in this family are rated at 10,000 pages each, and every color cartridge at 9,500 pages each, at standard 5% coverage. Heavy color coverage will pull the color figures down faster than the black, which is normal for this platform.
What does the per-cartridge math look like at this size?
Six cartridges for $370.84 works out to about $61.81 per cartridge — the lowest flat average in this family's set range, and well under the $101.30 that the magenta cartridge costs on its own. The trade is cash up front, so it suits offices whose volume is proven rather than hoped for.
If one cartridge in six fails early, what happens?
That cartridge is replaced or refunded on its own merits. Our cover is a one-year warranty with free returns for a year — see the shipping & returns page — and it attaches to each cartridge individually, so a single failure never means sending back the whole box.
