Frequently Asked Questions
Who genuinely needs ten cartridges at once?
Offices running an MB260MFP or MB280MFP as a workhorse — or several of them — where toner is a line item someone manages. Ten 56123402 cartridges total 55,000 rated pages. At that volume, the 10-pack is less about stocking up and more about locking in the lowest per-cartridge price this cartridge is sold at.
What is the per-cartridge price in the 10-pack?
The pack is $273.64, so about $27.36 per cartridge. Ten singles would cost $440.10, making the saving $166.46 across the box. The running cost works out to roughly 0.50 cents per page at the 5,500-page rating — the cheapest rate in this cartridge's whole range.
Will the last cartridges still be good when we reach them?
Yes, if they are stored sensibly: sealed in their boxes, flat, in a cool and dry place away from sunlight and heat sources. Toner is a dry powder, not a liquid ink, so a sealed cartridge does not dry out — offices routinely work through a 10-pack over a year or more without issue.
Does buying ten at once change my warranty?
No. Each cartridge still carries the same 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns as one bought singly. If cartridge number eight prints badly, it is covered the same way cartridge number one was — details are on our shipping & returns page.
Which printers does the 10-pack supply?
All ten are the Okidata 56123402, listed for the MB260MFP and the MB280MFP. If your office runs a mix of both models, this one pack covers the whole fleet.
How is an order this size shipped?
From the closest of our four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia, or California. Questions before or after ordering: support is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST.
