Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of printing operation justifies an eight-cartridge buy?

One where the C712dn is infrastructure: a department printer feeding reports, proposals and color documents all day, where a toner outage stalls other people's work. Eight cartridges from the 46507604 / 46507603 / 46507602 / 46507601 family put roughly two full rounds on the shelf and turn toner into a stocked item rather than a recurring emergency.

How much does the bulk pack actually save?

Two four-cartridge sets would cost $409.08. This eight-pack is $390.59 — $18.49 less, and an average of about $48.82 per cartridge against the four-set's $51.14. The saving is real but modest; the larger prize is never losing a working afternoon to an empty cartridge.

Is the color split of the eight published anywhere?

No. The listing names the four family codes without a per-color breakdown for the eight, and we will not present an assumed split as fact. If your consumption is lopsided — say, cyan-heavy — message support before ordering and we will confirm what the box holds.

How do ratings run across a pack of this size?

Per cartridge, by class: black members of this family are rated at 11,000 pages, colors at 11,500. With ratings that high, each fitting is a long commitment; the pack's job is to make sure the next fitting is always already in the building.

What is the right way to manage eight cartridges of stock?

Label the delivery date on the outer box, use oldest stock first, and keep unopened cartridges sealed, flat and out of direct sunlight. A simple first-in, first-out habit keeps packaging and seals in top condition across the months a pack this size takes to work through.

Does a bulk order change warranty or returns terms?

It does not. Every compatible cartridge in the pack carries a one-year warranty and one-year free returns, as described on our shipping and returns page. Fulfilment comes from Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California warehouses, with support Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
