Frequently Asked Questions

Who is a ten-cartridge pack actually for?

Volume buyers: a busy office running its B420 hard, a business with several MB460, MB470 or B430d machines, or anyone whose monthly page count makes smaller packs a monthly chore. Ten 43979201 cartridges hold 70,000 pages — this pack turns toner into a twice-a-year decision instead of a recurring one.

What does the per-cartridge price fall to at this size?

$119.08 over ten cartridges is about $11.91 apiece, the lowest unit price in this family. Ten singles would cost $285.40, so the pack saves $166.32, and the running cost across 70,000 pages is roughly 0.17 cents per page.

Which printers draw from this pack?

The 43979201 high-yield black cartridge is listed for the MB460, MB470 and Oki B430d, and this listing carries the B420 name. Any combination of those machines can be supplied from the one box.

Will the last cartridges still be good when we reach them?

Yes, provided they stay sealed in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Toner powder does not dry out or expire on the shelf in the way ink does, so a cartridge opened a year after delivery prints the same as one opened on day one.

Is this genuine Oki toner?

No — these are compatible cartridges built to the 43979201 specification and sold under the Clever Supplies label; the full compatible range is on our Okidata page. At ten-pack pricing that distinction is worth over $160 against buying singles, and far more against original-brand stock.

How do returns and support work on a bulk order?

Each cartridge is covered by a one-year warranty and one-year free returns, set out on our shipping and returns page. We ship from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, and the support team is reachable Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

About This B420 10-Pack

The bulk end of the family: ten high-yield black 43979201 cartridges under the B420 listing, 7,000 pages each, $119.08 the box — under twelve dollars a cartridge and under two-tenths of a cent per page. It only makes sense where pages genuinely flow, but where they do, it is the cheapest way to buy this cartridge and the simplest: one order, one shelf stock, and no toner conversation again for a very long time.
