Frequently Asked Questions

How far does a 3-pack stretch a small office's printing?

Three cartridges at up to 2,500 pages each is up to 7,500 pages in one delivery. For an office putting 500 pages a month through a B1260dnf or B1265dfw — copying counted in — that is roughly fifteen months of toner settled in a single order. Lighter users should think in years; heavier ones in quarters. Either way, the reorder conversation happens far less often.

What does the pack do to the price per cartridge?

It brings it down in a clean step. The single cartridge on this range costs $38.21; three bought separately would be $114.63. This pack is $77.66, so each cartridge lands at $25.89 and you keep $36.97. Spread over the rated pages, the cost per page works out to about 1.04 cents.

Why would we hold two cartridges in reserve?

Because shared printers fail socially before they fail mechanically — the cartridge runs out during someone else's deadline, and nobody ordered ahead. With a 3-pack, one cartridge is in the machine and two are on the shelf; the second change is also already covered, which turns toner from a recurring small emergency into a once-a-year purchasing line.

Which machines does the pack serve?

Every printer in Dell's B1260-B1265 family that takes the 331-7327 — the B1260dn and B1260dnf multifunction models and the B1265dfw laser included. A mixed shelf of those machines draws from the same pack, which is the quiet advantage of a cartridge shared across a range.

Are the three cartridges genuine Dell?

No — they are compatible 331-7327 units from a third-party manufacturer, built to Dell's specification. The pack price of $77.66, the per-cartridge figure of $25.89 and the 2,500-page rating per cartridge all refer to these compatible cartridges.

What cover and delivery terms apply?

Each cartridge is backed by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, so any single faulty unit is returnable on its own. Support runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, the full policy sits on our shipping & returns page, and orders ship from our warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA.
