Frequently Asked Questions
What does this set bring the per-cartridge price down to?
The three cartridges bought individually on this site total roughly $194.49. As a set they are $157.52 — roughly $36.97 less, an average of about $52.51 per cartridge. You get one cyan 330-6138, one magenta 330-6141 and one yellow 330-6139, the same cartridges with the same ratings, just priced as a single color round instead of three separate items.
What does a 20,000-page rating per color mean in practice?
Each cartridge in the set — the 330-6138, the 330-6141 and the 330-6139 — is rated at 20,000 pages, which is about forty reams of paper per color. On a Dell 7130 in a busy workgroup that can still go quickly, because these ratings assume standard page coverage and a color-heavy document uses far more toner than a memo with a small chart. Treat 20,000 as the ceiling the cartridge is built to, not a promise for your exact mix.
Why is there no black cartridge in the box?
Because this is a colors-only set by design: cyan, magenta and yellow, one of each, and nothing for the black slot. A 7130 that is low on black as well needs that cartridge ordered separately. We state it here rather than let the word "set" imply a complete four-slot refill — it is a complete refill of the color side only.
Our colors never run out at the same time. Is a set still sensible?
Yes, because nothing forces you to install all three together. Fit the color the machine calls for and keep the other two sealed; each cartridge waits with its rating intact. Offices often find the set still wins on price even when the three installs happen weeks apart, since the saving is in the purchase, not in simultaneous fitting.
Are these original Dell cartridges?
They are not. These are compatible cartridges built to the 330-6138, 330-6141 and 330-6139 specifications and sold under our own name, which is how a 20,000-page color round lands at $157.52. Each cartridge is backed by a one-year warranty and one-year free returns, with the full terms on our shipping & returns page.
How quickly can we get the set, and who do we contact with a problem?
Orders ship from whichever of our four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California — is nearest to you. Our support team is on hand Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central for anything from a pre-order question to a cartridge that misbehaves, and the rest of the Dell range is collected on the Dell brand page.
About This 7130 3 Color Set
One of each color for a Dell 7130: the cyan 330-6138, magenta 330-6141 and yellow 330-6139, every one rated at 20,000 pages, bundled at $157.52 against roughly $194.49 as three singles. It suits a workgroup that burns through color steadily and wants the whole color side renewed in one order. If just one color is empty and the others are healthy, buy that single — the set's value shows up when all three positions are on their way down.
