Frequently Asked Questions
What does this 5-pack save against buying singly?
Five singles come to $556.95. The pack is $482.97, so $73.98 stays in the budget — close to two-thirds of another cartridge. Per cartridge the price is $96.59, the lowest the Canon GPR-23 reaches, and at the 26,000-page rating the working cost works out to roughly 0.37 cents per page.
Who is the top of this ladder built for?
Purchasing routines, not emergencies. A workplace running several copier-class machines — or one machine with truly heavy daily throughput — buys the GPR-23BK five at a time so that ordering happens on a planning cycle, stock is always on the shelf, and nobody pays the single-cartridge price in a rush ever again.
Is holding five cartridges a storage problem?
Not if it is treated as stock rather than clutter. Sealed boxes, dry conditions, room temperature, oldest drawn first — dry toner tolerates that routine easily. The one judgement call is horizon: our warranty and free returns run for a year, so order the size your machines will genuinely work through in good time.
Are these genuine Canon cartridges?
No. They are compatible cartridges manufactured to the Canon GPR-23 specification, code GPR-23BK, and sold under our own supply at a compatible price. Every cartridge in the pack carries the same cover: a 1-year warranty and free returns for a full year.
How is an order of this size delivered?
It ships from whichever of our warehouses — IL, PA, GA or CA — serves you best, under the terms in our shipping information. Afterwards, support is a weekday conversation away, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 CST.
Why is there no 10-pack of this cartridge?
Because five is where this ladder sensibly stops: the unit price has already reached its floor, and a larger pack would mostly mean more stock held for longer rather than meaningfully cheaper printing. If your consumption outgrows even this size, repeat orders on a routine cycle keep the shelf full — the range is listed in our Canon toner range.
