Frequently Asked Questions
How does the 2-pack pricing actually work out?
Two singles would cost $222.78. This pack is $204.27 — $102.14 per cartridge, saving $18.51 across the pair. At the 26,000-page rating of the Canon GPR-23, that brings the working cost down to roughly 0.39 cents per page, and it means the shelf always holds the next cartridge before the machine asks for it.
Why keep a spare of something that lasts 26,000 pages?
Because a department machine does not choose a quiet moment to run dry. When a copier-class device stops, the queue behind it is people, not paper. One sealed spare converts that stoppage into a short swap, and at this yield the spare may sit ready for a very long stretch of production before it is needed.
Will the spare cartridge still be good after months in storage?
Yes. Toner is a dry powder and stores patiently: keep the box sealed, dry and at ordinary room temperature, out of damp and away from heat. There is no clock ticking on a properly stored cartridge over the timescales a 2-pack involves.
Are these genuine Canon cartridges?
No. They are compatibles built to the Canon GPR-23 specification, code GPR-23BK, supplied under our own brand. The reassurance is contractual rather than badged: a 1-year warranty and free returns for a full year on both cartridges.
What if the first cartridge out of the pack fails early?
It is covered. Contact support Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 CST, and a cartridge that fails or fades early within the year is replaced or refunded, with returns free. Stock ships from IL, PA, GA or CA, so the replacement route is short.
Is a bigger pack a better idea for a shared machine?
If one department machine is the whole story, the 2-pack rhythm — one in, one waiting — is usually enough. Where several machines draw from the same shelf, the 3-pack and 5-pack of the GPR-23 pull the per-cartridge price down toward $96.59. Compare them in our Canon toner range.
