Frequently Asked Questions
Where does the per-cartridge price land in this 3-pack?
$297.17 across three cartridges is $99.06 each — the first step on the GPR-23 ladder where the unit price drops below $100. Against three singles at $111.39 the pack saves $37.00, and at 26,000 pages per cartridge the working cost settles at roughly 0.38 cents per page.
What sort of workplace does three at a time fit?
A small fleet sharing a supply shelf, or one heavily used machine where purchasing prefers a longer horizon between orders. Three cartridges at this yield is a deep buffer — in page terms, cover for around 78,000 pages of rated output — so toner ordering drops off the monthly chore list entirely.
How should we handle rotation with three in stock?
Oldest first, always. Write the arrival date on each box, store them sealed and dry at room temperature, and draw from the front of the queue. The habit costs nothing, guarantees no cartridge ages forgotten at the back, and keeps your stock records honest.
Are these genuine Canon cartridges?
No — compatibles, built to the Canon GPR-23 specification under code GPR-23BK and supplied under our own brand. Each one carries our cover rather than a Canon badge: a 1-year warranty and free returns for a full year.
What if a cartridge fails long after we bought the pack?
The year's cover runs from purchase, and a cartridge that fails or fades early within it is replaced or refunded with returns free — even if it waited on the shelf first. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 CST, and replacements leave from IL, PA, GA or CA.
Would the 5-pack suit us better than this?
The 5-pack takes the unit price to $96.59 and saves more overall, but asks you to hold more stock for longer. If three cartridges already cover a comfortable planning period, this pack is the balanced choice; scale up only when consumption proves the larger size. Both are listed in our Canon toner range.
