Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually goes through five of these?

Printers that never really rest: a shared office machine everyone sends to, a back office running paperwork all day, a small team whose documents are still mostly paper. If a Canon 120 cartridge lasts your printer a month or less, the 5-pack of C120BK cartridges is the size aimed at you — five cartridges, 25,000 rated pages, one order.

What does the per-cartridge price fall to?

The pack is $88.15, which is $17.63 per cartridge against $32.42 for a single — a saving of $14.79 on every cartridge, or $73.95 across the five compared with buying them one by one. Your cost per page works out to roughly 0.35 cents, close to half the single-cartridge rate.

Does ordering in fives change what arrives?

Only the quantity. Each cartridge in the box is the same compatible C120BK unit sold singly — same Canon 120 fit, same 5,000-page rating, individually packaged so you open them one at a time as the printer asks. There is no bulk packaging compromise to work around. That fit covers the imageCLASS D1120, D1150, D1170, D1180, D1320, D1350, D1370, D1520 and D1550, so every cartridge in the box drops into any of those machines in exactly the same way.

How do I keep track of stock at this size?

Simple rule: when you open the fourth cartridge, reorder. That leaves one full C120BK in reserve while the new pack travels, so the printer never sits empty waiting on a delivery. With warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, replenishment is a short trip, but the buffer costs you nothing to keep.

Are all five cartridges covered the same way?

Yes — our compatible cartridges carry a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, and that applies across the pack. If cartridge number three misbehaves months from now, the terms on our shipping and returns page are the ones that govern it, and our team can help Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

Why not just set up repeat single orders instead?

You could, but you would pay the single-cartridge price five times and place five orders to get the same 25,000 pages. The pack exists for buyers who already know their volume: fewer checkouts, fewer deliveries to receive, and $17.63 cartridges instead of $32.42 ones.

About This Canon 120 (C120BK) Black Toner Cartridge — 5-Pack

For a printer that eats toner, this is the Canon 120 in working quantities: five compatible C120BK cartridges for $88.15, rated at 5,000 pages each — 25,000 pages of black-and-white output at about 0.35 cents a page. The per-cartridge price of $17.63 is where the pack earns its place; it rewards offices that can forecast their printing honestly and would rather hold stock than chase it. Keep spares sealed and flat, open them in order, and reorder when the fourth comes out of the box. The rest of the range is on our Canon page.
