Frequently Asked Questions

Eight high-yield cartridges — how far does that actually reach?

A long way. Every cartridge in this set is a TN115 high-yield unit: the black code is rated at 5,000 pages per cartridge and the colors at 4,000 pages per cartridge. Across eight cartridges spanning TN115BK, TN115C, TN115M and TN115Y, you are holding the deepest reserve this cartridge family supports — the stock a color laser can draw on for season after season of regular work.

Why choose this over the standard-yield eight-pack at the same price?

Both sets are $235.53 and cover the same four codes, but this one fills every cartridge to high-yield capacity: double the black pages and well over double the color pages per cartridge. If the printer genuinely works for a living, the TN115 set converts the same money into far fewer cartridge changes and a much longer runway.

Which printers can draw on this stock?

The set fits the Brother color laser printers built around the TN110/TN115 cartridge family: DCP-9040CN, DCP-9045CDN, HL-4040CDN, HL-4040CN, HL-4070CDW, MFC-9440CN and MFC-9450CDN. Those machines accept TN115 cartridges in every slot, and a workplace running several listed models can supply all of them from this one stock.

Does stocking this deep risk cartridges aging out?

Not with basic care. Toner is a dry, stable powder; sealed cartridges stored flat in a cool, dry cabinet keep their rated yield for a long time. Rotate oldest-first, keep them out of sunlight and away from heat, and give each cartridge a gentle rock side to side before installation to settle the powder evenly.

How do I keep track of eight cartridges across four colors?

Shelf them grouped by code with the install date penciled on each box as it goes in. The printer tracks each slot's level independently, so your only job is knowing which sealed cartridges remain — a two-minute glance at a grouped shelf answers that, and the set's depth means the answer stays comfortable for a long time.

What protection comes with a purchase of this size?

Each cartridge carries a 1-year warranty, and the set is covered by 1-year free returns under our shipping & returns policy. Stock ships from our IL, PA, GA or CA warehouses, and support is reachable 9 AM – 5 PM CST.
