Frequently Asked Questions

The Premium 5 pack and the standard 5 pack are both $114.54 — which one should I order?

Either. We would rather say that plainly than dress up a difference we cannot demonstrate. Both listings are five compatible Canon GPR-22 cartridges (part number 0386B003AA) rated at 8,400 pages each, working out to $22.91 per cartridge and about 0.27 cents per page, with the same 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. The "Premium Quality" wording is a label, not a measurable specification, and the price, yield and backing — the things you can verify — are identical.

Why does the catalog carry both listings, then?

Large supply catalogs accumulate near-identical listings over time. Some sellers lean on the premium label to imply more than the numbers support; we do not. If a future specification change ever separates the two, it will show in the yield or the price. Until then, choose by whichever page you landed on — the order is fulfilled the same way.

Which printers do these cartridges fit?

The GPR-22 fits the imageRUNNER 1023, 1023iF, 1023N, 1025, 1025iF and 1025N compact multifunction printers. Confirm part number 0386B003AA on the cartridge you are replacing if your office runs more than one Canon model — neighboring imageRUNNER families use different GPR cartridges that look similar on the shelf.

How far does 42,000 pages go in a typical small office?

At 1,500 pages a month, a single machine takes over two years to use this pack; at 3,000 pages a month across two machines, about fourteen months. All five cartridges share the same 8,400-page rating at 5% coverage, so the estimate scales honestly with your meter readings.

What protection applies if one cartridge disappoints?

The same as on our standard listing: each cartridge carries a 1-year warranty against defects and 1-year free returns, judged on its own performance. The full terms are on our shipping and returns page, and our support team answers Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

How should five cartridges be kept so the last one prints like the first?

Sealed, flat, cool and dry — a supply cabinet away from windows and heat vents. Write the arrival month on the first box and rotate stock as new orders come in. Toner cartridges stored that way hold their rated life; heat and humidity are the enemies, not the calendar.
