Frequently Asked Questions
This says "Premium Quality" but costs the same $69.99 as the standard 5 pack — what is the difference?
We will give you the straight answer: on the numbers that can be checked, there is no difference we can point to. Both listings are five compatible Canon GPR-18 cartridges (part number 0384B003AA), rated at 8,300 pages each, at $69.99 — $14.00 per cartridge, about 0.17 cents per page — with the same 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns behind them. We are not going to invent a distinction the specifications do not support. Order whichever listing you prefer; the cartridges and the backing are the same either way.
So why do two listings exist at all?
Duplicate listings for the same supply are common in large catalogs, and rather than dress one up with claims we cannot verify, we would rather tell you plainly that the measurable facts — price, yield, pack size, warranty — are identical. Judge this purchase by those facts, not by adjectives in a product name.
Which copiers use these cartridges?
The GPR-18 fits Canon's imageRUNNER 2016, 2018, 2018i, 2020, 2020i, 2022, 2022i, 2025, 2025i, 2030 and 2030i departmental copiers. Match the part number 0384B003AA against the cartridge coming out of your machine if you want certainty before ordering five at a time.
How much printing does the pack cover in total?
Five cartridges at up to 8,300 pages each give 41,500 pages at the standard 5% coverage rating. A department copying 2,500 pages a month is looking at well over a year of supply; a lighter office should weigh whether a smaller pack keeps stock fresher, since the per-page cost is only part of the decision.
What happens if a cartridge from this pack fails?
It is replaced or refunded under the same terms as every cartridge we sell: a 1-year warranty against defects and 1-year free returns. The terms are spelled out on our shipping and returns page, and support answers Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
Any storage advice for a five-cartridge stock?
Keep the boxes sealed, flat, cool and dry, and write the arrival month on the first box so the pack is used in order. Avoid storing toner above a radiator or in a sunlit room. Stored that way, the last cartridge in the pack prints like the first.
