Frequently Asked Questions
What does this 5 pack bring the cost per page down to?
Five GPR-18 cartridges at the single price would run $143.90. This 5 pack is $69.99 — $14.00 per cartridge, a saving of $73.91 — and across its 41,500 total pages the cost works out to roughly 0.17 cents per page. For a departmental copier that never stops, that is the cheapest way to buy the Canon GPR-18 (0384B003AA) in this range.
Who actually goes through 41,500 pages of toner?
Offices running several imageRUNNER 20xx copiers, or one machine doing heavy shared duty. A single copier at 3,000 pages a month takes a little over a year to use this pack; a facilities manager feeding three or four machines from one supply closet can move through it in a quarter. If your volume is a few hundred pages a month, be honest with the math — a 3 pack is likely the better fit.
Which machines draw from this pack?
All five cartridges are the Canon GPR-18, part number 0384B003AA, fitting the imageRUNNER 2016, 2018, 2018i, 2020, 2020i, 2022, 2022i, 2025, 2025i, 2030 and 2030i. Because the whole family shares one cartridge, a single 5 pack can serve a mixed fleet of these copiers without sorting or separate stock.
Will cartridges stored for months still print properly?
Yes, if they stay sealed. Keep the boxes flat in a cool, dry cabinet, away from sunlight and heat vents, and load them in arrival order. Toner does not spoil on a schedule; what hurts a stored cartridge is heat, humidity and a torn seal. Treat the pack like office paper and it will be ready when the machine asks for it.
How are warranty and returns handled on a pack this size?
Every cartridge carries its own 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns — opening four good ones does not weaken the cover on the fifth. The full policy is on our shipping and returns page, and our team is reachable Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST if a cartridge underperforms.
One machine's copies look washed out while the others are fine — why?
When the same cartridge model prints well in one copier and pale in another, suspect the machine, not the toner: a tired transfer roller or a dirty scanner glass on the pale unit is the usual story. Prove it in a minute by moving a cartridge that prints well into the problem machine. If the pale output follows the machine, book service rather than swapping more toner.
