Frequently Asked Questions

We run two printers from this family — is a box of matched pairs built for that?

Yes, that is precisely its shape. The box holds two TN630 toner cartridges and two DR630 drum units: one complete consumable refresh for each of two machines. Because both printers draw on identical parts, the set can also be held as shared shelf stock and split however the two machines actually call for it — one full refresh now and one later, or toner to one machine and a drum to the other.

What does the four-piece box save against the parts?

$54.71 — the largest saving in this bundle family. Assembled singly, the contents cost $394.98: two TN630 cartridges at $68.41 and two DR630 drums at $129.08. The bundle is $340.27, which is also $136.11 under its $476.38 list price. Spread across two machines, each printer's full refresh works out noticeably cheaper bought this way than piece by piece.

Do both machines have to be refreshed on the same day?

No. Every component arrives individually factory-sealed, so nothing forces a simultaneous fit. Refresh the machine that is calling for parts now, and hold the second toner-and-drum pair until the other printer's turn comes. The saving is taken at the point of purchase; the fitting schedule stays entirely yours.

How far ahead does this box put a two-printer office?

Each machine gets 1,200 pages of fresh toner on a fresh 12,000-page drum. From that point, each drum will carry roughly ten TN630 cartridges before it needs attention again, so after this box the office returns to buying toner only — singles, multipacks or the TN660 high-yield cartridge — for a long stretch on both machines.

Which printers does this bundle serve?

The sixteen models of the TN630 platform: the DCP-L2520DW and DCP-L2540DW; the HL-L2300D, HL-L2305W, HL-L2315DW, HL-L2320D, HL-L2340DW, HL-L2360DW and HL-L2380DW; and the MFC-L2680W, MFC-L2685DW, MFC-L2700DW, MFC-L2705DW, MFC-L2707DW, MFC-L2720DW and MFC-L2740DW. Any two machines from that list, in any combination, can be refreshed from this one box.

What cover do we get on the bundle if a part arrives faulty?

Every component is genuine Brother stock. Returns run for 30 days from delivery, in all cases, and warranty claims rest on Brother's manufacturer warranty — the OEM terms are laid out on our shipping and returns page. If anything in the box arrives damaged or faulty, contact support Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, inside the return window so it can be resolved without delay.
