Frequently Asked Questions

Both warnings are showing at once — low toner and a worn drum. Does one box really answer both?

Yes — that double warning is exactly the occasion this bundle exists for. The TN630 cartridge holds the toner and is rated at 1,200 pages; the DR630 is the drum unit that images the page and is rated at 12,000 pages. They wear out on completely different schedules, but when both messages land together, the machine needs a full consumable refresh, and this box carries both genuine parts for it in a single delivery. Fit the pair together and every consumable inside the printer is new at the same moment.

What exactly is inside the bundle?

One genuine Brother TN630 black toner cartridge and one genuine Brother DR630 drum unit, each factory-sealed in its own Brother packaging. The two ratings belong to two different components doing two different jobs — 1,200 pages for the toner cartridge, 12,000 pages for the drum — so they are stated separately and never added into one figure. The cartridge clips into the drum unit's tray once both are installed.

Does the bundle beat buying the two parts on their own?

It does, by $13.33. Bought singly, the TN630 sells at $68.41 and the DR630 at $129.08 — $197.49 together — while this bundle is $184.16, which is also $73.66 under its own $257.82 list price. The saving is tidy rather than dramatic; the bundle's main value is landing both halves of the refresh in one order, with the discount as a welcome extra.

The drum is rated at ten times the toner — will I keep buying this bundle?

No, and it is not designed to be bought that way. One DR630 drum spans roughly ten TN630 cartridges, so ordering the bundle at every toner change would stack up drums you cannot use. Buy it at the refresh moment — drum due and toner low together — and afterwards return to toner-only orders, whether TN630 singles and multipacks or the TN660 high-yield cartridge, until the drum's turn comes round again years later.

Which printers does this bundle serve?

The sixteen models of the TN630 platform: the DCP-L2520DW and DCP-L2540DW; the HL-L2300D, HL-L2305W, HL-L2315DW, HL-L2320D, HL-L2340DW, HL-L2360DW and HL-L2380DW; and the MFC-L2680W, MFC-L2685DW, MFC-L2700DW, MFC-L2705DW, MFC-L2707DW, MFC-L2720DW and MFC-L2740DW. Every one of those machines runs on exactly these two consumables — the TN630 cartridge and the DR630 drum — so the bundle is a complete consumable reset for any of them.

What happens if something arrives wrong — how do returns and warranty work?

As genuine Brother stock, the bundle can be returned within 30 days of delivery in all cases, and warranty cover on both components comes from Brother's manufacturer warranty rather than from us. The full terms sit on our shipping and returns page. Raise anything with our support team Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, inside that window and it can be sorted promptly.
