Frequently Asked Questions

How do I confirm this is the right set before I put it on the company card?

Check the labels on the cartridges in your machine against the four numbers in this set: 106R01597 for black, 106R01594 for cyan, 106R01595 for magenta and 106R01596 for yellow. When they match, the set is correct for your printer — that thirty-second check is the whole approval process on the supply side.

What does the "Premium Quality" in the name actually get our office?

Honestly, the same thing the standard listing gets you. Both listings for this machine carry the same cartridges, at the same $72.30 price, with the same 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns standing behind them. "Premium Quality" is a name on the listing, not a different product in the box, and we will not pretend the label adds toner.

Leasing season means a flood of leases and move-in packets. How does the set hold up?

Those packets are nearly all black text, and the black cartridge is rated at 3,000 pages — enough for hundreds of multi-page leases before it needs attention. Each color is rated at 2,500 pages and serves the lighter color work: availability flyers, amenity sheets and the odd community notice.

One color is fading on our flyers. Must the whole set be swapped?

No. Every cartridge sits in its own slot as its own sealed unit. Replace the faded color alone and leave the other three in place; there is no pairing or grouping requirement, and the printer is back to full output as soon as the new cartridge is seated.

We keep supplies at the main office for several properties. Any storage guidance?

Keep the box sealed, indoors, and out of direct sunlight or heater airflow. The cartridges you have not installed yet are shelf-stable in normal office conditions, so buying a set ahead of leasing season is a sensible habit rather than a gamble.

How are orders shipped, and who helps if something goes wrong?

Your set ships from the closest of our warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA; delivery details and the returns process are on our shipping and returns page. Support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the Xerox brand page covers single cartridges and the wider range as your office adds machines.

About This WorkCentre 6505DN Premium High Yield Four-Color Set

A property management office runs on paper with signatures at the end of it, and the WorkCentre 6505DN produces most of it — leases, renewal packets, inspection forms, move-in checklists. This high yield set is sized for that steady black-heavy flow: 3,000 pages from the black cartridge and 2,500 from each color. The Premium Quality label deserves a straight answer: the cartridges, the $72.30 price and the terms are identical to the standard listing. Match the four part numbers, keep a set ahead of leasing season, and paperwork stops waiting on toner.
