Is the Premium Quality set a different cartridge from the standard one?
No — same cartridges, same $648.63 price, same 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. "Premium Quality" is part of the listing name, not a separate grade of toner, and we would rather tell you that plainly than let you pay hoping for a difference that is not there.
What exact part numbers go on our standing supply order?
106R00652 for black, 106R00653 for cyan, 106R00654 for magenta and 106R00655 for yellow — one of each in this set. Putting the part numbers, rather than just "toner for the big printer," on the standing order keeps purchasing from substituting a set meant for a different machine.
Can we keep a spare set in the back office without it going stale?
Yes. Kept sealed, boxed, and in a normal indoor environment — not next to kitchen heat or in a damp storeroom — toner cartridges hold up perfectly well as standby stock. Swap in the spare when the printer calls for it and reorder the same day, and the property never prints a menu with a missing color.
A cartridge fails during a banquet weekend. What are our options?
The set's 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns cover a defective cartridge. Our support team is on Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, so a weekend failure is best handled by installing your sealed spare to keep service running, then contacting us on the next business day to process the bad unit. Where do orders ship from?
