Frequently Asked Questions
How do I confirm this is the right set for our Phaser 7750 before ordering?
Take out one of the cartridges currently in the machine and read its label. This set is built on four numbers: 106R00652 for black, 106R00653 for cyan, 106R00654 for magenta and 106R00655 for yellow. If those are the numbers coming out of your 7750, this is the set that goes back in — worth the thirty-second check before a purchase order goes out.
What exactly is in the box, and what is not?
Four sealed toner cartridges — one each of black, cyan, magenta and yellow — for $648.63. That is the whole contents. Drums, waste containers and other machine consumables are separate items and are not bundled in, so if the printer is also calling for a drum, that needs its own order.
How long should a set last our marketing team through a heavy campaign quarter?
Plan around the ratings: up to 32,000 pages from the black cartridge and 22,000 pages from each color. Those figures assume standard page coverage, and campaign work — full-color sell sheets, brochures, presentation decks — eats color toner far faster than office text does. Treat the ratings as the ceiling for scheduling, and expect real campaign output to land below them.
Our magenta always seems to run out first. Do we have to change all four at once?
Uneven use is normal when your artwork leans on one channel, and no, a finished magenta never forces the other three out. Every cartridge in this set is an independent sealed unit that installs on its own. Many teams start with a full fresh set for a predictable baseline, then move to single-color swaps once they see how their own work consumes each channel.
When should we reorder so a launch date is never at risk?
As soon as the printer's low-toner warning appears, not when it stops. Orders ship from whichever of our warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California gets the set to you fastest, and the full delivery picture is laid out on our shipping and returns page. For a dated campaign, keeping one sealed set on the shelf is cheap insurance.
What backs the set if a cartridge lets us down?
Each cartridge carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, so a dud is replaced or refunded rather than argued over. Questions before or after ordering are answered by a real support team Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and you can browse the rest of our Xerox range from the brand page.
About This Phaser 7750 Toner Set
The Phaser 7750 earned its place in in-house marketing departments because it handles big, colorful jobs without sending work out to a print shop — and this four-cartridge set is the refill that keeps it doing exactly that. One black rated at 32,000 pages and three colors rated at 22,000 pages each means the set is sized for production-style color work, not occasional memos. The same set also serves the Phaser 7750, Phaser EX7750, Phaser EX7760 and Phaser EX7800, so shops running more than one machine from this family keep a single set on the shelf. At $648.63 with a year of warranty and return coverage behind it, it is a straightforward production refill: check the four part numbers on your old cartridges, order, and get back to printing.
