Frequently Asked Questions

I sell online and print labels and invoices daily. Will this set keep up?

That workload is almost entirely black, and the black cartridge in this set — 106R01597 — is rated at 3,000 pages. The colors (cyan 106R01594, magenta 106R01595, yellow 106R01596, each rated at 2,500 pages) cover your thank-you cards, color invoices and the occasional product flyer. For a small seller, that mix usually means black is the only cartridge you think about for long stretches.

What does Premium Quality actually get me here?

The same thing the standard listing gets you. Same cartridges, same $72.30 price, same warranty and returns cover. We list the honesty up front because a label should not cost you money: there is no upgraded toner hiding behind the word Premium.

My printer is a Phaser 6505, but the numbers I keep seeing are the 6500 ones. Am I in the right place?

Check the labels on the cartridges already in your machine rather than the model badge. This set is built around the four numbers 106R01597 (black), 106R01594 (cyan), 106R01595 (magenta) and 106R01596 (yellow). If those are the numbers your 6505 is running, this is your set — the part numbers are the reliable identifier.

Can I change a cartridge between orders without stopping the printer for the day?

Yes, a swap takes a couple of minutes: open the cover, lift the spent unit out by its handle, seat the fresh one and close up. Sellers who ship against a carrier deadline usually keep the set on the shelf so the swap happens the moment the warning appears, not after a delivery wait.

What protection comes with the set?

A 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns cover every cartridge, and our support team answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Orders leave from the nearest of our IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses; delivery windows and return steps are explained on our shipping and returns page.

Where do I look for supplies for my other equipment?

Start with the Xerox brand page — the full range is gathered there, including single cartridges from this family for one-color top-ups.

About This Phaser 6505 Premium High Yield Four-Color Set

A Phaser 6505 on a packing bench has one job: never be the reason a parcel misses its collection. This high yield set is sized for that life — a 3,000-page black cartridge to carry labels, packing slips and invoices, and 2,500 pages from each color for the branded extras that make a small shop look established. The set sits in the same family as the Phaser 6500 and Phaser 6500N listings, so the four part numbers are easy to cross-check before you buy. At $72.30 for all four cartridges, it is cheap insurance against a silent printer on your busiest dispatch day.
