How often will we need to reorder if we start with this five-pack?
The pack holds 150,000 rated pages, so the reorder interval is your monthly volume divided into that. A 4600NM printing 3,000 pages a month will not reorder for about 50 months. At 5,000 a month, roughly 30 months. At 10,000 a month across a small fleet, around 15 months. For most offices this is a set-it-and-forget-it purchase — one order covers years, and the low-toner warning on the last cartridge is your reorder alarm.
What does the per-cartridge price drop to in this pack?
About $131.33. The pack price is $656.64; five singles would be $730.60, so the saving is $73.96, and the rated cost per page improves from about 0.49 cents to about 0.44 cents. Each cartridge is the identical compatible 106R01535 high-yield unit — the saving is the bulk arithmetic, nothing more exotic.
Do all five cartridges fit the Phaser 4600NM?
Yes, and not only the 4600NM. The 106R01535 is the platform cartridge for the Phaser 4600, Phaser 4620 and Phaser 4622DN families and their letter-suffixed variants. This listing is named for the 4600NM, but the pack can supply any machine in the group.
Are the cartridges in the pack all the same specification?
They are. Five identical, individually sealed 106R01535 cartridges, each rated at 30,000 pages at the standard 5% coverage. No first-quality and second-quality mix, no variation in capacity. The first cartridge and the fifth deliver the same rated service.
What is the best way to manage five cartridges over a long period?
Date the boxes on arrival and always install the oldest first. Store them sealed, flat, in a cool dry place out of the sun. That is the whole system. Toner tolerates storage well — far better than ink — so a five-pack managed this way stays dependable stock for the years it takes a moderate office to use it.
What cover comes with the pack?
A 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns on each cartridge, individually. If one unit misbehaves, it is dealt with alone; your remaining stock is unaffected. Full terms are on the shipping and returns page, and support runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
