Frequently Asked Questions

We budget office supplies quarterly — how does this five-pack fit the SCX-4725's rhythm?

It mostly abolishes the rhythm. The pack holds 15,000 rated pages; an SCX-4725 working through 1,000 pages a month — a healthy small-office pace — takes fifteen months to empty it, and even at 2,000 a month the case covers two full quarters and more. Instead of toner appearing in every quarterly order as a small recurring negotiation, it becomes a once-a-year line that buys itself. The budget conversation shrinks to checking the shelf, not pricing cartridges.

What is the per-cartridge maths against buying singly?

Five singles at $56.02 would total $280.10. The pack is $206.13, so $73.97 stays unspent, and each cartridge effectively costs $41.23 instead of $56.02. Across the pack's 15,000 pages that pulls the running cost down to about 1.37 cents a page from the single's 1.87. The cartridges are the same SCX-D4725A either way — the difference is purely the reward for taking five in one shipment.

Can the pack be shared with our other Samsung all-in-one?

If the other machine is an SCX-4725ELS or SCX-4725F, yes — the SCX-D4725A code in this pack is the listed supply for those models too. One case can sit between two machines as shared stock, each drawing from it as needed. That sharing is the quiet advantage of a cartridge family built on one code: the spare always fits something you own.

Is five cartridges too many for a light user?

For a genuinely light user, it can be — and the honest test is your monthly page count. Below roughly 250 pages a month, a five-pack is a four-year supply, and since warranty and free returns run for a year from purchase, a very slow user would hold most of the case outside its cover. At that pace a single or the two-pack is the proportionate buy. The five-pack earns its discount in offices that print steadily; it is not a discount worth chasing at volumes that cannot use it.

How does the case arrive?

As one shipment from whichever of our warehouses — IL, PA, GA or CA — is nearest you. One box to receive, one shelf to stock, and no drip of separate deliveries through the year. For an office that budgets quarterly, that single arrival also means a single invoice in a single quarter, which the bookkeeping tends to appreciate as much as the discount.

What protection stands behind the pack?

Each cartridge in the case carries a one-year warranty against defects, and the purchase is covered by free returns for a full year — the terms are set out on the shipping and returns page, with support answering Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Bulk buying here does not dilute the cover; it multiplies the number of covered cartridges sitting on your shelf.

About This SCX-D4725A Five-Pack for the SCX-4725

Fifteen thousand rated pages change an SCX-4725's supply from a chore into an annual event: five SCX-D4725A cartridges at $206.13, $41.23 apiece, about 1.37 cents a page — $73.97 below the same five bought one at a time. The case doubles as stock for the SCX-4725ELS and SCX-4725F, and other Samsung machines are covered by the wider Samsung toner range.
