Frequently Asked Questions
Which cartridges fit the C710DTN?
The C710DTN uses four individual toner cartridges — black (43866101), cyan (43866102), magenta (43866103) and yellow (43866104). Each color is replaced on its own when it runs out.
Do I have to replace all four cartridges in the C710DTN at the same time?
No — each cartridge in the C710DTN works independently, so you only replace the color that runs out. The other three keep working until they are spent.
Do compatible cartridges work reliably in the C710DTN?
We recommend genuine OKI toner (43866101, 43866102, 43866103 and 43866104) for the C710DTN: it is matched to the fuser temperature and LED imaging, which keeps colors accurate and the printer's warranty intact.
