Frequently Asked Questions
Which cartridges fit the C710DN?
Your C710DN takes the OKI 43866101 (black), 43866102 (cyan), 43866103 (magenta) and 43866104 (yellow) toner cartridges. Since each color loads separately, you only ever replace the one that is empty.
Should I use genuine OKI toner in the C710DN, or are third-party cartridges fine?
Genuine OKI cartridges are engineered for the C710DN's LED printheads and page-counting, so they deliver the rated quality and yield. Third-party cartridges may work but can trigger recognition errors or void warranty coverage on print-quality claims.
Does the C710DN print on both sides automatically?
Automatic duplex comes standard on the C710DN: just choose ‘print on both sides’ in your application. Combined with its four-cartridge toner system, it keeps per-page costs low.
