Frequently Asked Questions

What toner options does the Oki MB492 support?

The MB492 lists 45807101, 45807105, and 45807110 as its cartridge options. Match your current cartridge number when reordering.

Which MB492 cartridge is best for a busy front desk?

The highest-capacity option of the three minimizes cartridge swaps and cost per page under constant use. Keep a spare on hand since front-desk printing is hard to predict.

My MB492 copies are lighter than prints from my computer. Why?

Copy density defaults are often lighter than print density. Raise the copy darkness setting. If computer prints are also light, check the toner level.
